The Heart of the Machine

Made from induction hardened, chrome plated, precision ground, and polished steel, our bars are included in our Line Boring Sets and have square tool ports broached every 2.5 – 3 inches so that you can measure without pulling the shaft out. Use a Starrett 823 inside micrometer.

Designed and manufactured in our Chicago shop, the Power Feed Assembly enhances our Line Boring Sets by ensuring a smoother cut with consistent bar movement. The Power Feed can accommodate different motors, allowing you to use either your own drill —such as a Milwaukee MAG drill, regular drill, or mixer motor—or choose from our selection.
