Our team
Anguel Bojinov
Head Engineer
Anguel has more than 45 years of experience in manufacturing, including: machining, metalworking, welding, and prototyping.
Born and raised in Bulgaria, Anguel honed his craft in his uncle’s blacksmith shop, where he designed and fabricated tools and machines.
His creativity and ability to problem solve stemmed from the lack of parts, tools, and machines in the Bulgarian socialist economy – he became used to finding fast, cheap solutions to seemingly impossible problems.
Angela Bojinov
Administrator
Passionate about education, Angela’s career began as a teacher in Bulgaria prior to co-starting IRM. Currently, in addition to managing all of the company’s administrative work, she serves on the Board of Directors at the Cultural Center Magura, providing resources for Bulgarian immigrants.
Petko Petkov
Machinist
Before joining IRM, Petko spent ten years as a electrical technician at Bulgarian State Railways. Now a certified lift truck operator, Petko provides unparalleled service to IRM.
Tina Bojinov
CNC Programmer
As a CNC programmer and consultant, Tina has significantly reduced our manufacturing production times and improved the consistency in our products.
Ana Bojinov
Apprentice Engineer
As a third generation craftsman, Ana’s hands-on knowledge in machining has helped produce hundreds of parts. An engineering student at the University of Illinois, Ana is interested in using machining to turn designs into physical objects.
Renaldo Borges
Foreman (Retired)
As an employee, Renaldo has been with our company for his entire career. He enjoys his retirement by spending time with his grandchildren and traveling.
